BURGER BONANZA!!!

  1. GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF BURGER

(photo: gotgrassfed.com)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Nature’s Promise Grass-fed Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup minced white onion
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients evenly and create burger patties. (Tip: We create our burger patties to be one ounce larger than the ready-to-eat burger, because the burger will slightly reduce in size when it’s being grilled.)
  • Grill on a medium flame for 6-8 minutes, flipping burger occasionally, usually every 2 minutes.

Toppings:

  • A few baby leaf spinach leaves
  • 1 slice Cheddar
  • 1 slice Nature’s Promise Cooked Bacon
  • 2 no sugar added bread & butter pickle chips
  • 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce or Primal Kitchen Organic Unsweetened Ketchup
  • Serve on REMEDY TOAST, (See recipe info below.)

2. ORGANIC TURKEY BURGER

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Nature’s Promise Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 cup minced scallions
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 3 tbsp Dean Jacob’s Tuscany Blend Seasoning

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients evenly and create burger patties. (Tip: We create our burger patties to be one ounce larger than the ready-to-eat burger, because the burger will slightly reduce in size when it’s being grilled.)
  • Grill on a medium flame for 6-7 minutes, flipping burger occasionally, usually every 2 minutes. (Note: Turkey contains less fat than beef, so be sure not to over-cook. Over-cooking will give you a dry burger.)

Toppings:

  • A few baby leaf spinach leaves
  • 1 slice Alpine Lace Swiss
  • 2 no sugar added bread & butter or dill pickle chips
  • 1 tbsp sautéed onion & mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Golden BBQ Sauce
  • Serve on REMEDY TOAST, (See recipe info below.)

There’s no burger quite like an INFERNO Burger, (it’s the best burger EVER!!!, but that’s for a cheat day, or, request it without the bun if it’s a non-cheat-day. INFERNO is located on Echo Avenue in Sound Beach, Long Island.) But, for home-grilling here’s a variety of 4 uniquely delicious burgers with tasty toppings & condiments that we like to use for burgers! We love Primal Kitchen salad dressings, and we were so happy to taste their delicious Organic Unsweetened Ketchup, Classic BBQ Sauce, & Golden BBQ Sauce, all made with healthy & minimal ingredients!!! Of course, a home-grilled burger wouldn’t be complete without our popular & delicious REMEDY TOAST, (see the recipe from May 2019 at www.remedyrecipes.net, or on the Remedy Recipes App, available exclusively for Apple products & devices at the App Store!) We’ve been double-toasting REMEDY TOAST for a crispy toast that creates a perfect combination for a bite into that juicy burger & tasty toppings all at once! We hope that you enjoy our variety of burgers in this BURGER BONANZA!!! Have a safe & happy 4th of JULY!!!
