“Great Grillin’: Airline Chicken!”

– Airline Chicken is a specific preparation of the chicken breast along with the wing in which the underlying bone is removed. ( I would recommend having your local butcher prepare it for you. Just ask for Airline Chicken. Most butchers will know what it is. ) It is this specific preparation that creates the most amazing, moist chicken that I’ve ever had!

– 2 pieces Airline Chicken- marinate overnight in Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

Рcompress the chicken in a grill cage and grill, turning frequently for 10-15  minutes on a

medium flame or Cowboy wood charcoal brought to gray

– remove skin after grilling

Men: 6 oz. portion, Women: 3 oz. portion ( serve w/ Quinoa Salad as Meals 2 or 3 for the Remedy Recipes structure )

” Quinoa Salad “

– 1 cup cooked quinoa

– 1 can organic corn

– 1 can organic black beans

– 1 diced red pepper

– 1/2 cup diced green onion

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

-4 tbsp fresh minced cilantro

– 2 minced celery stalks

– a pinch of black pepper

– a pinch of sea salt

Serve at room temperature/ Men: 1 cup, Women: 1/2 cup
