” Living The Lifestyle”

I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for twenty years now, and I’ve seen fads come and go throughout the years. One thing that never gets old is the lifestyle. many of us who truly live the lifestyle of clean eating, exercise, and proper rest know and feel the benefits of such a way of life. I feel as fast, as strong, and as young as I did twenty years ago when I began working in this industry. In fact, I’m faster and stronger. There are definitely more responsibilities and stresses in my life at this point, but being physically fit provides me with the endurance and energy to keep myself sharp and not be overwhelmed with mental fatigue. I have many things that I would like to accomplish, and this lifestyle provides me with the fuel to do so. When one feels great all the time, and one is not restricted by his or her own body, one can do so much more with that energy. So make this a lifestyle! Clean eating, exercise, and proper rest- every day! Your body really will thank you.

John M Di Fazio II is a nutrition consultant, a personal trainer, and a massage therapist and has twenty years of experience working in the fitness industry. He was employed by Gold's Gym for thirteen years and in 2005 co-founded Remedy Fitness, a unique fitness establishment located in East Setauket, New York. While in the employ of Gold's Gym, he was recruited into Nutritionalysis, a nutrition company based in Venice Beach, California that specialized in individualized nutrition programs, and received his certification. Excelling in the field, his clientele grew by thousands. While establishing such a full clientele in nutrition and personal training, John also graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a bachelors degree in philosophy and also graduated from the New School for Holistic Health & Research on Long Island, New York with a degree and a New York State license for massage therapy.
