Mason Jar Summer Salads

The Caesar Ingredients:

1 cup baby leaf Romaine Lettuce or Arugula
1 cup baby leaf spinach
1/2 sliced cucumber
2 hardboiled egg whites, 1 yolk (women,) 4 egg whites, 1 yolk (men)
1 tbsp shaved Parmesan
2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing

The Ginger and Sesame Salad Ingredients:

1 cup baby leaf spinach
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 sliced cucumber
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
diced grilled chicken (3 oz. for women, 6 oz. for men)
2 tbsp Bragg organic Ginger and Sesame Dressing

The Fiesta Ingredients:

2 cups baby leaf spinach
2 tbsp organic black beans
1 tbsp salsa
diced grilled chicken (3 oz. for women, 6 oz. for men)
1 tbsp shredded cheddar
1 Sabra or Wholly Guacamole mini
fresh squeezed 1/4 lemon, 1/4 lime

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar.
Shake contents thoroughly.
Eat and enjoy your Summer salad variety!
