Overnight Oats


* 1/2 cup dry, organic oven toasted quick oats
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon chia seeds
* 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 5.3 ounces Two Good Greek Yogurt


* Mix the ingredients in a mason jar.
* Refrigerate overnight.

This recipe may be used for Meals 1, 2, or 3, (9AM, 12NOON, 3PM,) on the Remedy Recipes Book format.

Portions: Women: 1 mason jar / Men: 2 mason jars

No cooking, no mess, no hassle. This quick and easy recipe provides you with the nutrients you need for a healthy on-the-go breakfast or lunch.
