We all have priorities. At times, we can shift our focus onto distractions which take us away from the important things. I believe that two of the most neglected items that are often not high on lists of priorities are healthy eating & exercise. We’ve heard the old saying, “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.”

Shouldn’t health be somewhere at the top of your list of priorities? Shouldn’t time be made for cooking healthy meals? Shouldn’t time be made for a simple half hour of exercise? The answer is YES!!!

It’s time to move healthy eating and exercise up on your list, (at least in the top 5!) Make it a true priority. Make it a habit. Make it a routine that you don’t even have to think twice about. Do not go through the rest of your life feeling restricted from doing the things that you desire to do. Do not let your weight or your health hinder your ability to be the person that you have always wanted to be, and to see all that there is to see in this world!

We each have the potential and the tools to be the person that we’ve always dreamed of being. Let’s make this upcoming year one of priorities and achievements, and let healthy eating and exercise be a main focus in our lives.

Have a very Merry Christmas! Cherish every moment with family and friends. May God bless you all, and may the love and joy of Jesus enter your hearts this Christmas Season. Please keep our servicemen and women who are overseas, and so far from family and friends, in your thoughts and prayers.

Until next month & next year,
