Zesty Crab & Avocado Summer Medley

Crab and avocado salad


1 lemon ( squeezed juice )

1/2 lime ( squeezed juice )

1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

( mix these 5 ingredients together )

add 1 pound imitation crab meat ( chopped & rinsed )

1/2 cup finely minced green onion ( or scallion )

1 diced avocado


6 oz. portion for men, 3 oz. portion for women. This meal may be used for Meal 4 in the Remedy Recipes book structure. To use it for Meals 2 or 3, simply add Rice Works ” Wild Rice Works Sea Salt & Black Sesame WildRice Chips ( 12-14 chips for men, 6-8 chips for women).

SIDE SALAD: 2 cups baby leaf spinach

1 cup organic baby spring mix

1/4 cup diced fire roasted red pepper

4  sliced martini or salad olives

mix together with 2 tablespoons Cardini’s Light Balsamic Vinegarette
